Very busy when I was there. Eyebrows pretty good, henna tinting . Lash perm not great, many lashes( whole outer eye area) missed on one eye. Charged more than price on brochure. No real social distancing of customers waiting on lounge area.

I am shocked at the terrible customer service at Brow Designers Narellan. Staff was talking on the phone when I walked in and when I said ‘excuse me’ to ask for a brow thread she gave me a dirty look like I had interrupted her. She proceeded to tell me ‘SIT’ without greeting me and spent less than 3 minutes threading my brows which are horribly uneven! She didn’t even bother asking me if I liked them and shoved the eftpos machine in my face before I had even gotten out of the chair. Horrible attitude and will not be returning!

Walked up to lady at the counter she didn’t have any customers, she didn’t greet me don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but her attitude was neither welcoming and made me the customer not feel good. Asked if I had to book an appointment for brows and seemed reluctant to even sit me down. Lady doing brows didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all and was pretty rude and short with me. It took 3 minutes and I paid 18 which seems like a lot considering she left visible hairs that you would think are meant to be removed. I also told her I have makeup on my brows but didn’t take it off to take into account what my natural brows look like or the shape that they were, didn’t ask any questions as to what I would like with my brows or didn’t offer anything else considering they are called “brow designers”. Not happy won’t be visiting again

To start off what a pathetic welcome,i mean no welcome at all. I was not even asked or said to have a sit i had to take the first step.wont even ask what m here for,i told her eye brows and upper lips.she didnt even say ok i will start with upper lips first.started threading n i literally screamed to the painfull threading she did. After reading all these reviews i wonder how come no one took any action against her.she should be kicked out.i paid 30 for a service not even worth 1. Clearly she must have problems in life but its her job as customer service rep to atleast make customers feel welcome. What a terrible lady. HIRE A BETTER PERSON BROW DESIGNERS N LOWER UR COST. WHAT A RIP OFF
