Worst staff specially there is a lady in the store who said no to water. I am the person who is working in the Town Centre and have no access to water. I asked her to fill my bottle and she said no. This is really bad. IDK what was the problem in filling my bottle as I was thirsty.

Love Chatime Narellan. All their products are very good, weather hot or cold. They are colourful, tasty and tearifficly very good. Staff and service are excellent, too and shop location is very accessible as well. Highly recommended to everyone, young and old alike.
