Just got new tubes and tyres for an old bike. They didn't push for my bike to get any extras, they were purely professional and recommended me what the best course of action was for my bike. Highly recommend DNA Cycles.

Just went there to get a couple of tubes but you can tell the guys in the shop love their work. Great spirit and passion. I know where I’m going to buy my next bike. Good on em!

Recently visited the store to enquire about purchasing my first road bike. Despite the COVID-19 bike shortage and backlog of orders, they still took time to explain sizings and answered all the questions I had. Could tell the staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work.

These guys are full on into bikes, love the passion. I had a couple of tricky repairs done there (derailer issues, gear cassettes, etc) and they where great every time, quick, reasonable price and reliable. The parts on display is a little limited, but their commitment to order what you need in, cant be faulted. Really good service from beginner to advanced

Had to get some repair work done on an ATX, the guys at DNA Cycles were more than happy to get the job done for me. Very Professional and friendly. ABC Bikes Campbelltown were too busy and said they should be able to get in done if we came back in a months time?!?!

Great blokes! Helped me out with a warped rim and taught me afew tips along the way. They were busy but still had took the time help me out. Other bike shops said they were busy for about 4-6 weeks. I will definitely return to these fellas in the future. Highly Recommended!

Recently called in to ask about purchasing a bike for the missus. Even though they could not sell me anything due to the current worldwide bike shortage caused by corona virus, Jet still took time out to explain to me about the merits various Merida models that would suit her and the difficulty in getting hold of one. Much appreciated.

To whom works on their own bikes, Limited parts and accessories to service or upgrade your bike. The parts were offered to be order and installed out of curiosity asked for a quote, 500 was the number. Ordered the parts myself for 210 and had it on my bike in 20 minutes. Extremely overpriced? I think so!
