Had a great cappuccino here. Friendly and attentive staff. I really like relaxing in the large cavernous space under the skylights as all the shoppers hurry by.

I too wish I could leave zero stars. Rewards member should receive a piece of cake in their birthday month. When I presented my card I was told comuter was down and would not honour the deal incase I claimed it somewhere else. Two weeks later same problem, still would not honour the reward. Birthday month is nearly over. Staff especially the older lady (maybe management) proceeded to talk about me and laughing behind my back. Very unprofessional. Won't be back as there are many other choices .

Jamaica Blue is my favourite place to enjoy a coffee however for the second time in recent weeks I have been served my cake on a chipped plate. I also object , as a senior , to be addressed by the young girl serving my table as sweetheart and darling.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place isn't so overpriced when you compare the quality that you get. I would rather order Maccas breakfast, at least I know my teeth will be safe and won't break trying to eat what they refer to as sourdough. The chef , if any , does not believe or have heard of using salt, their food is as bland as the waitresses attitude. My eggs were so undercooked if I chicken sat on them they would still have a chance of hatching. 5 extra for bacon ,or so called bacon. It was a disgusting oily mixture that may have included smoked flavouring to make it seem like decent bacon. How this place is still in business is beyond me, worst breakfast in my life, this is from someone who grew up in third World country

Super impressed with the customer service here at Jamaica Blue in Narellan. The staff seem fairly young and their service is exceptional. Plus the food was yummy.
