I recently purchased a car from Macarthur BMW. Not only was my salesman, Chen, incredibly knowledgeable and responsive during the process, but he was also a very friendly and personable human being. Despite living very far away from the store, he willingly drove over to my house after work so that I could test drive the vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. Even after the purchase, he continues to answer my questions very promptly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and will definitely be back in the future!

The team at Macarther BMW is professional and efficient. In one day we negotiated a great deal with Kelvin. While Charlie arranged for the car registration we went for a quick lunch then Charlie talked us through the cars' features and we left with a brand new BMW X3 feeling very pleased with Macarther BMW and its team. BTW Kelvin I love the small umbrella.
