Went into Macarthur Kia showroom today to try Kia Carnival. After doing a test drive we liked the car so we asked the sales guy on the best price he can quote for the car. He was like if you are going to buy I can talk to my boss. We said we are planning to buy and we like the car, we wanted the best price. He was like ‘give me the credit card then’ which was so rude and unprofessional. This is not the way to treat customers. Worst experience ever. I generally do not right a bad review for anyone. But this sort of behaviour is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Bought a KIA Cerato Sport from Nabin Thapa, he is very helpful throughout the whole experience, the car is really good and would recommend KIA and Nabin to others.
Don't buy anything from KIA macarthur, as they really dont provide any warrantly service afterwards. Staff is rude and arrogant, as they are doing favour to fix the vehicle.

These guys are very professional. Excellent communication and great work. They've worked a couple of times on my Kia grand carnival. They are not cheap, but do quality work. The mechanic who had been working on my car was able to give me some further great information and very helpful advice. All the staff I've dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Aaron and his team from Service department has sorted out a vibration issue on my Kia. Very professional and polite team. Explained the problem clearly. I will be bringing my car here for service from now on instead of going to the dealer right next to my house who didn't even take me seriously when I called them up for the same vibration issue and wouldn't give me a booking date earlier than 6 weeks.
Went in and asked to test drive Kia Stinger GT as I had just sold my Mercedes E class and was thinking of buying Stinger, asked for test drive sales man said NO since the car costs 60k, sales man said people just test drive and do not buy the car and their demo cars milage goes up. How would anyone buy a car without test driving it, never gonna buy Kia from Macarthur Kia showroom. He was kind enough to let another family test drive the car in front of me. It is humiliating when they judge you, Macarthur Kia, if you are reading this first learn how to treat all customers equally but not based on their looks. If you need better service go elsewhere. KIA you just lost a sale.
