This is my 2nd bad experience here, 1st was charged 60 for a specialty order birthday cake for my son, cake was not what we asked for, told on the day of pick up after we had already paid that they couldn't do what was ordered and given 10 off for inconvenience and the cake was stale, today waited 10min at the counter to buy a drink for my 4yo son, then a friend of the staff pushed in infront of me and was served before me. Manager was rude, no greeting thrust my change into my hand and was blatantly rude and obnoxious as I left. Will never go back. Appalling service.

Lovely staff and excellent coffee. The food is delicious as well!
Best coffee around, very best service, seem to know customers and their regular order requirements. Equally curtious to casual customers. Very friendly management and staff. My preference by far.
