The optometrist herself was lovely however the service of the front of house staff was poor - despite the COVID measures being followed the whole place felt dirty - should have walked and received a test elsewhere, I would have actually received the service asked for. Been to other OPSM's and they were fantastic.

I have been buying my glasses from other stores for years and decided to try OPSM. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the glasses is far better than what I was getting from the other stores, and the range of brands and styles is amazing. I can be a very fussy person when picking out frames but the staff were so patient and helpful it made the experience very easy and pleasant. The turnaround time on the glasses was very fast, even with multiple lens options. Thank you so much to Georgina, Glenn and the OPSM Narellan team, I will definitely be back.
I visited this store a couple of days ago. I was looking for the Ray Bans RB4165 Justin Color Mix sun glasses, it had a 20% off tag on it with a price of AUD 205. One of the staff said there's a 20% off on it so it works out to around AUD 168. Did not buy it then as I wanted to shop around and hadnt made up my mind yet. Checked prices online at various other stores and the prices range from around AUD 154 to AUD 177! So they bump up the price to AUD 205 and apply a 20% discount to bring it down to what other stores price it on an average and make you think you've got it at a 20% discount! Cheap trick!
After much hassle wondering wether my glasses were ready received an sms saying they were.......leaving a sick husband at home went into the store.....put the glasses on couldnt read a thing. Glenn checked themvand said the multifocal in the one lense of the eye i can see out of was wrong......ONE LENSE IS ALL THEY HAD TO DO AS I AM BLIND IN THE RIGHT EYE. This fact seemed to cause a dilemma. I couldnt read a thing the multifocal was down too low, OPSM had measured it wrong.......i was vety upset Glenn profusely apologised and said it would take another week to fix.......i had a very bad fall so that is the reason for new glssses. Had problems with specsavers so went to OPSM, am wonderi g what to do next........i would like an answer.. thank you
