I have rarely been offered such exceptional service as received today from staff member Britney. She was attentive, kind, walked to and showed where products were,if they weren't available offered alternatives, had an excellent manner and was articulate, kind and professional. I tried to locate the store manager and couldn't so hope this filters through. Rarely seen service like that these days.

I was at Priceline Narellan this morning, I was looking for meds for my son, after getting what I needed I left did some more walking around in the mall and left to go home, only to realize when I got home that I didn't have my phone. I then rushed back to the store and the staff had kept it, but it's not only that they found and kept my phone, the staff were so friendly and helpful, it was amazing. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Priceline Narellan.

Purchased Two bottles of aftershave from the store paid cash and got a receipt however declined to pay for a bag. Only to be chased by the pharmacist out of the store and treated like a common criminal asking to see my receipt for my purchases. Never will I go back to the store again

Called yesterday to ask about getting the flu shot and was told just walk in no appointment necessary. Got there this morning a little after nine and was told by a male staff member to come back after 12 for walk ins. Did that and was told by the same guy , sorry mo walk in's. Frustrating.
