We just left and what an experience! Food is amazing, service was top notch, staff so friendly and attentive, atmosphere perfect for my daughter's birthday. Very clean and loved the signs on the tables stating they've been cleaned and ready to be used. Would highly recommend, we'll definitely be coming back ️

Paid for food we didn’t eat and others around us that came later ate and left before we got our food \u200d️ I’m not the type to just complain for the sake of it (see my other reviews) but ok this occasion I am seriously annoyed and disappointed with the service and professionalism of this Rashays. Table of 7 come in, our temperature was taken which was good and you can see the booths have clear dividers between diners and as we get seated are served fairly quickly which was nice and orders were taken. Then as we are catching up people are coming in ordering etc but we didn’t take notice but after an hour realised that some people that came after us and one had the same meal were served before us and nearly finished their meals. We then asked about our meals and the waitress went to check. She apologised and said if you would like to speak with the manager we can organise this. We just wanted to eat. Long story short we got our food (it was nice and I enjoyed it). By the time we all got our food the diners around us had come and gone. Some wanted dessert and those orders were taken. 15-20mins later were advised that one dessert didn’t have strawberries and if we would still like the dessert with a different topping. We advised we would like to cancel the order as it didn’t have what we asked for. Then when going to pay were offered a 10% discount. (I’ll keep my thoughts to myself on that) annoyed, we paid and left. Getting home one of our friends then checked the receipt and saw we were charged for the dessert that we did not want. None of us are perfect but the way we were treated in not being checked up on and charged for food we didn’t order to me isn’t acceptable. My thoughts and what I have to say about the Rashays brand is that it has dropped the ball and lost my recommendation for family and friend get togethers.
We didn’t have a booking tonight and the manager on duty took great care of us . The restaurant was packed to the rim and very very busy . Despite the business, staff still had smiles on their faces and handled us with care . The food did take a little longer than usual but it was understandable based on how busy it was . A special thanks to our waiter Tiarne and the manager I believe Gana who looked after us throughout the night . Pass our thanks to them . Well organised, professional and caring . Will be back
Our meals were delicious, The service we received from Mohra was 100% and she went out've her way to cater for my food requests. We will definitely eat here again 10/10
This doesn't even deserve a star. this place is an absolute joke to hospitality *thanks for the puddle of oil with a side of stale pancake, also where are the fresh ingredients? i dont think i asked for a piece of burnt onion instead of fresh strawberries if i recall. This is just disrespectful to your customers at this point
We had a share platter tonight delivered and my husband was blown away with how fresh and hot everything was. Delivery was super quick aswell. It was one of the best Rashays experiences we have had. Well done team Narellan!
Only thing good about this place is that the food came out within seconds. Other than that, I don’t even know how I swallowed my food. The steak and burger meat wear charred to the point where it was barely eatable. Chips were horrible and there were bugs flying on our food the entire time. Definitely won’t be coming back - what an unfortunate experience.
Very consistent as expected from rashays, good to see they are organised with the sign in and temp checking. Food is good although very disappointing that there are now only 1 or 2 vegetarian options. This is very surprising in today’s day and age and the fact they used to have some nice menu items like a halloumi burger. Hoping for a menu update soon
