I had the absolute displeasure of arguably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when I entered the Narellan Shaver Shop store today. Apparently the person I interacted with was the Store Manager. This person’s customer service skills were non existent. Having been personally involved in and promoting quality customer service for over 30 years, I believe providing a good experience for the customer is paramount. Unfortunately my experience with this store and store manager met none of my expectations. Please take note Shaver shop.
