Moved to the area recently and went in for a regular appointment. Staff took their time with my eye checkup and were much more thorough than I was used to, explaining everything along the way. When it came time for frames the lovely lady spent 15min picking and suggesting options (which I generally don't like but they were good suggestions) and didn't overcrowd me while I was reviewing. Finally when the bill came due the staff member gave me 50% off and offered to clean my current glasses. Can't ask for anything more - will definitely return.

I went to specsavers at Narellan on the weekend and found all the staff were very friendly and helpful all the team members had a smile on there faces, and gave warm greetings to people who came in to the shop. Each pair of glasses that were tried on were disinfected and cleaned before being returned to the shelf. The optometrist Brenda was wonderful and explained everything clearly. The sales representative was also very thorough in discussing what I will be getting with my glasses. Great service. Highly recommend.

Our family all go and see Yumi for our eye tests (for years). She is tops. But my husband always has trouble with his frames, they fall apart easily. I too have had frame problems but just fix them myself until today . Yesterday once again my frame fell apart, screw one way, lenses the other with a chunk out of it. Ok so I brought them into Spec Saver Narellan, Monday 2nd Nov '20. The lady behind the counter (who has been working there for years) looked at my glasses, informed me I had sat on them, oh NO I hadn't, walked away came back said she had put a screw in with some locktight on it. Then said can't replace them as frame is discontinued (got them beginning 2020) and when I said something about the chunk out of lenses, I got they are running behind 6 to 8 weeks to get it replaced. So I now have infra glasses. I will only now come for my check up with Yumi and if I am told I HAVE TO HAVE THEIR FRAMES I will find another place. ONE very UNHAPPY long standing customer. As to wait 1 hour for my appointment with the optometrist. No customer service what's soever. Don't have any consideration to the customers concerns.

Very good service. All staff are very polite and helpful and waiting times were minimal. I had a booking but because i was their early they got it done straight away rather than make me wait. definitely recommend.
