Thank you for a delicious b-day cake and pavlova. Came exactly as I wanted. Vanilla sponge with chocolate cream torte. Perfect.

Ordered the cake in store with special notes (use pink icing instead of blue) more than a week prior to event. Was assured that it will look exactly the same as the one in the store. But extremely disappointed how the cake looked when it was picked up. There were no stars and there were traces of blue icing (that looked messy). It looked like it was taken off and replaced by pink. And the rainbow sprinkles had spare patches.
Fresh, delicious chocolate mud cake, brought straight off the shelf. Young female went above and beyond to help with my choice! I'm a very happy customer.
The customer service was blunt also what was requested wasn't added on the cake. When asking about the extra,s that hadn't been added it was told they don't see whats written in the extra comments?? Then why have to spot for Extra Comments on order form?? The cake was bland very unappealing and we had to go buy cake decorations as to make the cake have some extra color and Wow about it.
