Excellent lounge with huge open spaces. Very comfortable seating and lounging areas. Business area had a good number of bays available too. Wifi was fast, see pic of speed test. Food excellent and drink selection was good. Friendly staff. Excellent views of the planes and airport. Highly recommend.

I've been at this club many times and have never been disappointed. It's a great place to hang out while waiting on a connecting flight. They have nice clean shower facilities if you just got off a long international flight. The food and drink choices are amazing and include free alcoholic beverages if you choose to partake. The staff is friendly and efficient. I should note it's a little hard to find the club if this is your first time at Narita. Make sure to look for the signs for gate 70 and find the escalator all the way in the corner tucked away.

An Excellent Lounge. Seats are well organized by section, quite corner for working, for resting, working area with computer, tv viewing area. Airport airplane viewing area. Good choice of food and drinks.

Arrived around 2 PM to a fully stocked fridge and several hot dishes. Good selection of snacks/fruit. Not very busy and had a great seat perfect for plane spotting.

A beautiful, clean, uncrowded space. The lounge feels brand-new and the showers are the nicest I've ever encountered at an airport, with very short lines to boot. The one critique I have is that the food selection could be better for an international lounge. If you want to eat, I would pop by the JAL lounge but do most of your relaxing here.

Quiet and spacious compared to terminal 1 star alliance lounge. Food offerings are not abundant but fairly tasty. Missing for me is sparkling water.

Awesome place to end a trip, beer vending machine, free food, free alcohol not much more a person could ask for. Really incredible.
