It was a nice place to arrive to Narita airport. It is great to take a shower and drink a cup of tea after a long trip. Attendants were very thoughtful. I really enjoyed that place.

Spacious and cozy, not many people here
This is an excellent arrival lounge that can also be used before domestic departure. It's nicely equipped with amenities, food and drinks. The design is okay, though a bit dated and the lounge has no views.
Good lounge for arrivals. Not as much food, but the selection was good enough for domestic flights. Very clean. Loved the fact that there was a smoking room inside the lounge, but the smell did not come outside at all. Gotta hand it to the Japanese designs.
Bit crowded but better than most Star Alliance arrival lounges.
A place to spend time while waiting for connection flight. Relatively small and can be crowded. Bathroom and light meal available. Some distance from departure gates. Also have to go through security check so it is recommended you (who walks in an average speed) leave the lounge in at least 10-15 minutes before the boarding time.
Here you can enter if you boarded All Nippon Airways flights. There are shower rooms with bath amenities and you can refresh from long-haul flight. Sometimes there is too clouded and restricted to enter, don't worry, the staffs are kind enough to give you 2000 JPY boucher valid in airport restaurants (include sushi restaurant).
ANA 唯一の到着ラウンジ。 This arrival lounge is located on NRT terminal south wing - ground floor (after exiting from customs) to make a domestic flight transfer. Renewed in 2019 to add more section. Nice place to hang out when waiting for a next transit. You do not need to take a domestic flight to enter but need to be StarGold or Business class or above with a valid same day ANA (NH) boarding pass. You cannot enter with a boarding pass if you fly-in with other airlines, except for some NH code-share flights. Nice shower facility but crowed in the morning. Smoking room is available within the lounge.
