What a fantastic lounge that, they are into every single detail. Although during breakfast, there are not much of food to choose from, the hardware wise is very awesome. The environment is quiet and relaxing and spacious. They offer a semi bedroom, 6 shower room and lots of massage chair to relax, really nice and confy. I will come back again for sure. By the way, their signature dish, beef curry, is the best curry in the world.

When transiting through Narita, this is the highlight of my trip. The lounge is always impeccably clean and amply sized to always find a cozy place to settle for the duration. If one is particularly exhausted from ones travels, they have some small beds available that are very welcoming. Ask the staff for a blanket and they take it upon themselves to make sure you are up in time for your flight. Food in the cafe is very decent and quickly replenished. Best feature for me though by far are the showers. After several hours in a plane, and looking forward to another several hour leg, a hot, leisurely, private shower is a godsend. Easily the best airport lounge i have visited.

Even though this was a lot busier, I prefer this over Emirates dubai business - better food quality and choice, additional massage chair. Lost a star (not perfect) due to some foodstuff not being replaced quickly enough. Delicious, a testament to my impression of a high food quality service in this country. It was super busy 1h ago now it seems like half the people have left the dining area at 6pm Saturday

Cozy atmosphere. Huge seating area at 2nd floor with various type of designed chairs paired with power outlet for PC or mobile phone charging. Self serve wine, champagne, Japanese whiskey, brandy, juice and etc. light snack are available too. To enjoy a full meal, need to visit the dining floor at 3rd floor. Limited selection of foods (Japanese beef curry, steam shumai, fried chicken and etc.) and taste was just OK. Sushi, however is highly recommended. Excellent view at the 3rd floor.

One of my favourite airlines. The service is superb both at the airport and in the air. On this occasion, I used JAL's premium economy cabin. The seats are great and fairly comfortable. The three standout features 1. the pitch is amazing and gives a feeling of a large personal space 2. lounge access, especially good for relaxing and showering during long haul travel 3. the privacy screen between seats, it's small but gives you a sturdy place to rest your head for sleep.

JAL provides delicious food at business class lounge as well as in flight. You can request any food item on the menu at any time. Very friendly service and tasty food and comfortable flatbed seat made me want to fly again with JAL in the future trip to Japan.

A huge space in good condition, but I think the physical environment is not as nice as the American Airlines Lounge. It's also particularly crowded as the upper floor is undergoing renovation. That said, it wins points on a great food spread.

So quite and has a large variety of Japanese spirit. Very good place to chill and relax.
