Horrible experience with a so called "express" train from Tokyo station to Narita airport. The train got to the airport with more than 1h delay, because of some electricity problems. No announcement in English inside the train despite the fact that this train serves the international airport. No information on JR site as well, neither on Google. No possibility to know what happened and how much the train is delayed. Finally I missed my flight and JR company not only refused to reimburse the new flight tickets and the hotel I had to pay because the next flight was only the day after, but they asked my to pay a full faire for the train to Narita, despite the delay. The answer of the personnel was: "we do not reimburse for less than 2h delay". 2 h delay???? I could fly to other country for this time and they don't even care to reimburse the train faire. Never anymore with JR express train.
