Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Not a large facility but well maintained with friendly and very helpful staff. Selection of food and drink is limited but the very inexpensive fee more than compensates.

Most welcome oasis for long layover. Flexible unlimited in/out. Good coffee. Comfortable chairs

Nice place to relax very friendly staff. Some people just plain talk to loudly. Great snacks and drinks. The only problem I have is I have the perception that it is a little dingy especially in the middle of a pandemic. Pictures are the walls below the windows and the arm of a chair.

Great place while your are waiting your flight out of Tokyo. More snacks and food than most lines. Any place that had unlimited Remy Martin XO is a place that I'm fine of. Once the bottle was Emory they replenished it with quickness. The snacks were pretty good. Several types of noodles that you could make along with some parties and rice balls filled with different kinds of meat. If you are in Narita airport and need a place to hang out this is it!

Clean but limited food selection. Very open seating arrangement.

Don't waste your money here, the rest of the airport is just as good. Free coffee and sodas But there were better and more comfortable spots in public areas of the airport. Beer and food is slightly subsidised but all to be paid for. Restrooms are outside the lounge and no showers

Good place for waiting the next flight

The lounge is fine, but that's it. It's not a very large place, there's a possibility depending on the time you get there, you can't find any seating available, also there is not much food variety, although what they do have, is quite good. On the bright side, the entrance is not much expensive and you can even take a shower, while waiting for your flight.
