I was lucky and had the whole place to myself while waiting for a BA flight. This meant it was quite a walk from the gate but worth it for the relaxing element. There’s great views across the parked planes coming and going and the staff were really friendly. There’s a good number of workstations and the wifi was stable and fast. Good range of drinks available, decor was pleasant and plenty of seating and tables available for all types of use. If you’re not on a Qantas flight and are eligible for access then it’s worth walking a little bit further to check it out, if only for the peace and quiet!

Spacious and business like lounge. Not a place to take a nap. Foods selection is not impressive

Friendly staff on arrival, quick to get you in the door. This lounge has free WiFI, toilets, showers, buffet food and self service bar. The lounge is made up of a few areas depending on if you need a power point, want to sit over looking the tarmac watching the aircraft come and go or just sit back a relax on a sofa chair. staff here are friendly and make announcement when boarding starts and will let you know if there has been a delay so you don't have to go to the gate early which is great. The food here caters for all with western and Japanese options available. some drinks are near the food but they have a self service bar around the corner with many more options than just beer and Sake. It's always worth getting to an airport early so you don't have to rush but if you go to the Qantas lounge then it is a great place to relax and have a few drinks prior to your flight.

Interesting application of rules. The lounge was half empty and yet they were restricting families from entering because "it was too busy". (2 Qantas flights were leaving that night). I've seen people sitting on the floor in other lounges because they wanted to keep customers happy but at Narita they seem to apply a less customer care and more rules based approach.

This is one of the lounges that is just ok . The food was average , it’s comfortable . Good cheese platter and decent wine selection but nothing like some of the other qantas lounges around the world

Limited range of food. Average drinks selection. Very quiet place for flights leaving around 9pm as Qantas flights have already left. View is nice.

Great place to enjoy some Japanese whisky before you have to head home. Had some great food choices just before boarding. Having a shower before flying overnight is recommended.

Every time I leave Japan I make an effort to visit lots of cool food options and also a combination of Japanese and western food good drinks options also ️
