It was second visit here and it was the same pleasant experience. Beautiful location, breath taking views.. Clean and responsible size rooms and more over Home food was the best part. The property owner uncle and aunty were so good in behaviour. This a not a Hotel so do not expect fancy room service or food. If you go there then please behave responsibly and respectfully as its a Home stay and Nosence will not be appreciated. I will be there soon again in search of peace.

Your dreams come true at "Lord's kotgarh"
Nice place to stroll. Very less traffic. Well connected with the market place. No eateries on the way. No petrol pump or toilet facility. Someone on wheelchair will enjoy the scenic beauty.
The best place in this location i have ever come across.... Everything is just so organised and well settled.... The rooms are very cozy and yes it gives you a feeling of perfect home stay in mountains... I don't know why some of the reviews are not good but trust me there is nothing like this... The owners are very good and welcoming and the hospitality is pefect... They have their own restaurant just 5 mins away and the food is really yummy there... I would highly recommend visiting this place and it is worth spending time and money... A do visit place...Gonna come back sure
Would warn all of you from staying at this unwelcoming place. The owner is vey rude, never at house and hence you would hardly get food. On requesting, he said that he had more works to do than to attend us! On top of it, no WiFi, no TV and no place to eat around. This was by far the worst hospitality I ever received. A big NO!
The hosts at lord kotgarh is the best thing about the property. They are so simple, caring and concerned and will make sure the guests has a comfortable stay. The views are great from the property, especially if you get the terrace rooms you get a huge sitout too... The rooms were so neat and clean... Newly renovated rooms and washroom. The rooms are small but then yes, which is why they are cosy and is called homestay not resort.\u003cbr/\u003eFood is cooked at their own restaurant located at thanedar... So please state your preferences clearly if you want more spjcy/salt etc...\u003cbr/\u003eDo not forget to tell aunty to make Sidku (the himalayan traditional burger) for you...\u003cbr/\u003eDefinitely coming back.... Loved it... And please go with them on cherry picking or fruit picking activities... Its a great positive for kids and you can see a great smile on their faces when they see fruits on trees and get chance to pluck them... Tani jubbar lake is hardly 3 minutes from this homestay
