1) Very Basic Tent Rooms for the rates they charge... 2) No facility to keep ones clothes. 3) No bathrobs, slippers, Tea/ Coffee kettles in the rooms. 4) No umbrellas in the rooms though weather was rainy..had to shout out for assistance from masai guards. 5) Pathways very dark not enough lights.. had to use torch all the time.. all know how bright is basic torchlight. 6) Beds were single not even queen size.. 7) Toiletries were not replaced regularly .had to remind them . 8) Hot water bottles were kept outside blanket... 9) kitchen service was very slow... no efficiency... Once served nobody to follow up on refills etc... had to go look for staff.. Basically not trained staff...

Great place to stay and very hospitable! The tents are amazing, as well as the food. Would stay at again!
We had an amazing 3-night glamping experience at the well-positioned Entim Camp. The service is exceptional, the tents are comfortable and luxurious, and the food is delicious with a good amount of variety. We would not hesitate to book another stay on a future visit to Kenya. Four thumbs up from me and my hubby.

Excellent location with comfortable spacious tents, but lacking in basic facility to put ones clothing .Also the shower head needs cleaning on a regular basis - mine had 40% blockage.Brought it to the attention of David the manager.Food quality & service needs improvement for what the camp charges for its accomodation.
My Husband and I experienced 3 wonderful.days at the Entim Camp at the Massia Mara Eco Lodge . The Tents over looked the Massa River. The open dinning area look out onto the river. The Staff where Fantastic and where so accomdaiting and friendly they made you feel.at home. Our Safari Guides Duncan and Joseph (Cool). Made each day memorable! They where such lovely Guys. We had such fun each day with them. Also Maureen and David the Manager greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. The meals the chef and staff prepared every day where restaurant class. To Top it off we saw the Big 5! And Wilder beast crossing at Breakfast! Kenya is a Magical place.

Loved this place! Musa and his staff were extremely kind and gave us a warm welcome. Livingston was our chef and the food and presentation were fab! Charles and Daniel were our waiters and were so lovely. The put chocolates on our pillows and hot water bottles in our bed at night time. As we were on honeymoon they treated us with a bottle of prosecco in the tent on our first night. The tent is lovely & comfortable and gives a real safari experience, we heard lions and hippos outside the tent both nights. The Entim Warriors were great at escorting us to and from our tent and warning off any animals at night. They also brought us to the river for a walk where we were able to see hippos and crocodiles! Would definitely recommend this place, the only bad thing I can say is that two nights wernt enough.
