Service & food was excellent. We got there just before midday and they were fully booked out. However, they managed to make arrangements to accommodate the 4 of us. We ordered kids' meals and they were proactive and brought those out first for the kids, then the adults mains. I couldn't flaw them at all. Nice Hawaiian inspired decor. I wished I was there long enough to try one of their beers on tap

Popular place so make sure you book! The cocktails are strong and well priced. At dusk you can see thousands of little crabs try to walk towards the water, and birds try to pick them off. We loved the whitebait and asked for our food to be served one at a time. The chicken falutas are unbelievable, really crunchy and tasty. I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos, the corn chips are super crunchy and the guacamole is very fresh and tasty. Good topping to chips ratio. We were too full for dessert.
Fit us in even for a quick bite when we stopped for lunch on a road trip even though they were booked out, it's the little things that really make a place great, these guys understood that when you have kids you bring a share plate for each kid our first and give the meal to the adult to split before giving the adult meals. Their nachos were great, they didn't go cheap on the guacamole and other toppings like other places do. Definitely worth stopping.
From start to finish, this dining experience was.... confusing. The staff just seemed a little confused themselves and when we got our food we weren’t actually sure if it was ours or not as the waiter didn’t say anything at all, just put the food down while talking with another staff member... the food was pretty good though! The prawn roll was nice minus the french bun, kinda tasted stale. But apart from that the food was good and the view is beautiful.

The cocktails were unreal however alot of the menu items were unavailable. I was dining with a friend who has coeliac and when she was asking for safe meal options she was treated very poorly by the waitresses and ended up very unwell from eating the food. At the end of the meal the owner and the mixologist were very nice and gave our kids lots of fruit treats which was very nice, and also fish food to go down the jetty and feed the fish.
A restaurant with loads of character, and great food to match. The owner is wonderful and happy for a chat.
Best oyster I’ve had in a while. Awesome water view with pelicans.
