Incredibly rude. I was looking to buy a wok and dropped by to see whether the shop had any on stock. They didn't. I then asked the owner politely if it was possible to order one in. Her only response was a cranky "Look! My computer is not working!" Totally unexpected! She should have simply apologised, explained the situation and any solutions in a pleasant tone. So I went home and ordered a wok online from Kitchen Warehouse without any hassles. It's disappointing as I was keen to support local business like Liz's, but what's the point if they can't even treat their customers well? Never again.
