This gym has a lot of extremely new and clean equipment. For a smaller size gym, they have anything you could possibly want from a workout and a lot more. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I was struggling with a piece of equipment when an employee Will saw me and came over to help. He also proceeded to help me on my form and show me a few tips to maximize my workout. I've been to other gyms where the employees are nowhere to be found, or seem judgemental or rude when asked for help. This is not the case with anytime fitness. It is the first gym I really feel happy and comfortable to be a part of thanks to the amazing staff!

The Anytime Fitness Narragansett location is a gym that has grown to be one of my favorites. With staff members like Will R. and Chris L. this location will strive. Will R. is talented, respectful, and professional employee, whose work ethic can be seen throughout the whole gym. Chris L. is incredibly knowledgeable and personable making him an outstanding trainer/employee. If your looking for a clean, quiet gym with and excellent staff I recommend this one.

I have been training with my Anytime Fitness professional Chris L since May 2019. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past and have to say that Chris’ level of knowledge, expertise and insight outshines other trainers. He consistently designs new workouts twice per week always changing exercises and adjusting the intensity to gain quick and lasting results. I’ve achieved improvement in muscle tone, strength, stamina, confidence and energy with his guidance and encouragement. He solicits feedback, takes the time to listen and then incorporates that information into my fitness plan. His level of attention during each session never waivers. He ensures I am following proper form to avoid injury and coaches me safely past my own perceived limitations in order to achieve my goals. Chris has the ability to coach any level, from fitness newbies to experienced athletes. Are you looking to improve your quality of health and level of fitness? I highly recommend scheduling a free fitness consultation with him to learn more. The sessions are affordable and worth every penny..
