Stopped at a neat little park in Narrandera for lunch. What a find. Neat and tidy park, great information centre and rest rooms adjacent to a little museum housing a tiger moth. Really well presented and full of information and other aviation history. Free admission and well worth the stop.

Love the history and the respect shown to our forebears who sacrificed so much for their families and country. Great exhibit with "The Big Guitar" also
What an interesting place! It's free to enter and well worth the time, A tribute to no. 8 Elementary Flying School. It is like Narranderas mini war memorial. Very well set out and presented. The main feature, a Tigermoth biplane is centrepiece of the display and within metres of you at all times. By itself it's worth the visit to be so close to this amazing aircraft. However, there is so much more in the building, there is memorabilia from the time, an extensive series of photographs, scale models of aircraft to get an idea of size of their size in lelation to the Tiger Moth on display. There are also TV's playing interviews with people who were based or served in Narrandera, as well as old film footage from the second world war era. It really is worth dropping in.
Thanks for the use of the bathroom
