I have stayed in many places but never received such hospitality from the host. The owners are a couple who welcome you from the moment you get there. The room was very clean. Free wifi and parking. Complementary break fast. Location is across the street from Coles and restaurants. Wasn't disappointed one bit.

Good clean rooms. Professional staff - we checked in late one evening and the staff was amazing. We had a minor issue with the heat pump but all was well in the end.
I absolutely loved this hotel because the owner was so nice and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The owner of the New Criterian gave my family a tour of the cellar, which was awesome, just because I wrote in the guest book. I absolutely recommend staying here! It was great.
Such a lovely place and Murray the owner couldn't be more helpful if he tried..!! So nice and friendly.
