Only last week whilst driving from Melbourne through to central NSW, I found myself in a pickle when I realised I had left my laptop cord at home and needed to work whilst I was away. Our first stop was Narrandera and so I started trying to find computer repair businesses to help me. I had to make 5 phone calls before I could get anyone to even answer their phone and go through google listings that no longer existed. Shannon not only answered his phone but he proceeded to try and find a solution for me straight away. He managed to find a suitable cord for my laptop and then personally delivered it to our hotel after hours. Thanks Shannon for not only answering your phone but for going out of your way to help me. That's what great customer service is all about - it's not that hard and I am happy to shout to the top of the hills to promote his business above all others in the area.
