Bought 2015 toyota Camry SX from toyota Narrogin. I went from perth to buy the car. The Salesman Anthony was very nice. I asked him if there is any issue with the car to which he responded 100 point testing is done no issue at all the tires are new recently serviced and we don’t buy and sell cars that have any issues. I told him that i have a busy schedule and i can travel to narrogin if there is any issue with the car so he said first there is no issue with the car and still we will work it out and you don’t have to travel. The car front rotors are out of order, front left bearing is making noise. The tires have bad uneven wear (he said new tires) due to which the car vibrates alot. I called back to tell him about the car and suddenly the attitude was changed to to rude. He started becoming aggressive to each of my question and enquiry and responded negative. He said that he will talk to his manager but no response so i have to call or text back. Got a call back next day and he told me you have to come here i told him that i cant i have told you before and you said that i dont have to come and you guys will work it out. He asked mw to tell me the MM of rotors left to which i responded i am not a mechanic. He said the car is okay no issues i said where are all the issues coming from. That change is attitude is disheartening. No he hasn’t called me back. Worst service ever. If you guys do 100 point check on your cars then why the rotors, bearing and tires are bad. All the answers from dealership was like mate we dont care. Stop making false commitments and selling cars with issues. I am a mechanical Engineer and i know a little bit about cars so i know its the rotor tires and bearing i am not making stuff up. I even suggested to get my car check at any dealership so that they know that the issues are legit but toyota Narrogin refused !
