The receptionist is just plainly rude and should not be In any customer service role. You will be talk down to, belittled and rudely dismissed when dealt with if she feels you have wrong and some way, a very begrudging person. Poor level of cleanse of residence before occupation, poor handling of bond. Overall a poorly run real estate with incompetent staff.
