We woke up to frozen pipes the other morning . I could not figure out for a whole day where they frozen. I kept putting heat in different areas and nothing seemed to get it going. I called Riverside the next morning and within a few hours of my call Jerry arrived . In really no time at all he was able to figure out where and why some pipes were frozen and others were not. He was able to locate some exposed ,unwrapped pipes in a crawl space in the ceiling/attic . He had the water flowing ,and wrapped the pipes in some extra insulation in about an hour. The 7 years we have been in the Oconomowoc area ,we have not had a regular go- to Plumber. We do now! I will definitely call them the next time I have a need for any plumbing issues.

Had Riverside replace our 50 gallon water heater. They did a fantastic job overall. They came quickly (came next day after water heater failed) and their communication was stellar in general. I knew exactly when John was coming. John was courteous and very professional. He handled the large water heater replacement quickly and quietly, no problems whatsoever. And he communicated with me as the job progressed. Couldn’t have gone better. Fair price as well. Very pleased. Thanks to John and to Riverside!
My good friend Bill suggested Riverside since I needed some work done. We have called and have used them three or four times. Very happy with the workers and the job done. Very professional, excellent results. Just a week or so ago we didn't have hot water. I called early morning on Friday -serviceman was here at noon. Something wasn't working just right after he left. I called and mentioned our situation. The owner Travis came over to our home at about 7 p.m. that same day and made the needed adjustment. My wife has hot water now. Awesome people, Travis and Riverside plumbing. Thank you.
