Purchased 2000 in exterior lights from Just Lights two weeks ago. The purpose of my visit Saturday was to ask a question about the pier mounts for the fixtures ordered. After standing at the main entrance (door locked / woman at desk staring), a clerk abruptly answered the door asked if I had an appointment (door cracked open). I responded that I had a question about an order recently placed (still standing outside in rain). The clerk responded, I have another appointment. I responded that based on this customer service, I would be canceling my order and would take my business elsewhere. Thank you Questions 1. Do you typically leave your customers standing in the rain who just spent 2000 on lights? I had a mask on, so there was no reason to be denied entry just inside the door. No excuse. 2. Is Just Lights only interested in the sale? Based on the reception yesterday, it appears after sale customer service is an annoyance. That’s unfortunate but extreme clear to me. 3. What’s required to get a return email? Wasted my time driving to your Nashua to receive no service. I will take my business elsewhere. Can’t stand the attitude received yesterday. Please don’t use COVID as the reason to leave customers standing in the rain, I had a mask on to protect others. Terrible customer service. For prospective customers, shop / spend your money elsewhere.

Great selection and customer service. During COVID they have suggested you make an appointment. We were not aware if this and showed up at the door...we only had to wait five minutes for a customer service rep. Jeff joined us and spent all the time with us we needed to make our selection for purchasing some outdoor lights. We've used them before when we built our house and will use them again if the need arises.
