I wish we had checked first if there was an entrance here. We walked from the Lincoln park entrance (not a long walk). Such a great place. You can have a little lunch by the gate house maintenance building with plenty of room for a family. There is parking right here too as well, if you don't want to walk from another entrance. We came on a somewhat cloudy cool day but I can't wait to come back on a nice sunny day. Really fun to watch the water with kids!
