This place is awesome! Did a home project of tearing out a concrete patio. Waste management wanted 250 per load and had a bunch of requirements on dropping the load off, this place wanted 20 and you just drive in and unload you truck and they recycle your waste! Can't complain! Would recommend an AWD or 4x4 getting in and out of this place can be a little bumpy and muddy. Other than that, the staff were super nice. O will definitely be recommending them to others.

Full of rocks sticks, and broken bricks. I would post a picture. I hope this review posts. If you're picking up you'll drive through concrete washout puddles. Update 2 weeks later after the rain settled the dirthop. I expected a little raking of rocks, but not to continue finding glass. I'm afraid to let my little girl plant in this dirt. NOT a kid friendly place or dirt. Hoped for a better experience. The owner did refund my money. Price is cheap, but I don't like glass, bricks, large rocks, somewhat looked like pieces of small coal. I hope the pictures post. I DID NOT INSIST ON PICKING UP. I WAS TOLD PRODUCT WAS THERE. IN fairness the price is cheap. However when you go back there, you realize one thing rather quickly it's more of a commercial place than it is for people who would want to utilize find grade topsoil for residential. I would have been better off buying bagged topsoil from Lowe's at least I would have known to expect some wood chips and not glass brick and large rocks.

The office guy is rude and the guy operating the loader will short you if you dont know what your buying. Place is really hard to get in and out and smells like spoiled hot dog water.

High quality product. We buy 3/4, 2-3, and our topsoil here. Very fast delivery! Crush n Run and asphalt millings also available.
