I moved into my apartment in Clarendale Independent Living in August 2020. I could not be happier. I chose a one bedroom with a spacious, covered balcony overlooking our courtyard. The sunsets are beautiful! My neighbors - who quickly became friends - are experiencing a wide variety of interesting lives! Dinner time comes with delicious food choices and great conversations. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful people. Our Life Enrichment folks provide a continuous series of activities that span the full spectrum of life’s adventures from live music to travelogues covering the entire world to tailored exercise programs and a wide variety of spiritual presentations. There’s something for everyone. Residents are offered a full service transportation department for shopping, relaxing sightseeing tours of area attractions, even a ride to the doctor! Bottom line - Clarendale is a professionally designed and operated spot for senior living! I strongly recommend it to anyone who is seeking a lovely new senior home.

My mother is a new resident and is totally thrilled with every aspect of life at Clarendale. The staff and residents are top notch and the location could not be more perfect for all needs. From shopping to available health care life at Clarendale could not be better. My mother has very high standards and if she's happy then that says it all.
We were starting our search for my 87 year old father in law and we toured here. We had the pleasure of meeting Leslie and she answered ALL our questions. Sadly , my father in law fell and recently passed away but they were our top choice. She took many hours showing us the different layouts and called regularly to check on my father in law. I’m sure he would have enjoyed living at Clarendale at Bellevue . If the initial contact is anything like residing there then the residents must enjoy. DEFINITELY worth the look ! 5 Stars ️
I couldn't be happier with our experience at Clarendale! From the very beginning- the sales team were so informative, helpful, and caring. They answered all our questions and we're never pushy- these folks TRULY care about their senior residents and families. The community is just gorgeous, so many stylish details, and so thoughtfully designed. The location is so convenient. The caregivers continuously amaze us with their compassionate and professional care. We are especially grateful for the amazing memory care program. If you are looking for senior living options- look at Clarendale Bellevue, it will check all your boxes.

We love Clarendale in Bellevue Place! Mom is well cared for in beautiful surroundings! This is her second Assisted Living arrangement and we are SO much happier with the care focus at Clarendale!!
Clarendale is a beautiful community in a really nice area. Lots of shops and tasty restaurants nearby. The staff was very pleasant, and Wendy at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful during my visit.
