Truly changed my life!!! I have been seeing Renee for a little over a year now. I was \diagnosed\ with PCOS by my gynecologist and never had a regular period for about 8 years. I had been on birth control most of my life and was ready to completely come off of it. I started seeing Renee for shoulder pain about a year ago, but as we got to talking, she educated me on the importance of having a regular cycle. We talked a lot about my options and I knew I was ready to regulate my hormones. Once I finally got off hormonal birth control, Renee worked with me very diligently to get me on a 28-35 day cycle. After a couple of months of treatment, I'm proud to say I am officially on a 28 day cycle! I can't recommend Renee enough. This has been a 5 year health journey for me and I'm so happy I found Cultivate. Renee educated me on herbs, seed cycling, food irritations, and so much more. I had been bleeding for over 100 days when I started going for treatment at Cultivate. The doctors told me my only options for having a egular cycle\ was getting an IUD or even a uterine ablation. I first saw Renee about a year ago, after I had been trying to get pregnant for 8 months. She quickly made me feel super comfortable, and every session with her gave me hope that one day it would be our turn. She listens to you, makes realistic plans, and even checks on you between appointments! My acupuncture sessions felt more like much needed therapy sessions because she would hear me out, tell me what we would work on that day, and then I would relax during my needle treatment. I am happy to say that I am now 23 weeks pregnant, and I know Renee had a big part in the process! I highly recommend you give acupuncture a try, and you won't find a better person than Renee at Cultivate!

I Love Renee and always look forward to my acupuncture appointments. I've struggled with chronic neck pain ever since I can remember - I usually treat it with routine chiropractic care, but it has been providing limited relief over the past year. I decided to try acupuncture (which I had generally avoided because, well, who likes needles) and I feel 100x better (and you can barely feel the needles, if at all). So much better, in fact, that I'm basically dropping chiropractic care in favor of acupuncture relief. Renee is very extremely educated in all things Chinese/Oriental medicine and while I've only experienced the acupuncture and cupping treatments (definitely recommend both), she has helped me add supplements and dietary guidelines for overall health as well. If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable, holistic, and natural approach to health and wellness, this is it. As long as I live here, there's nowhere else I'll go.
