My mother is a old and faithful patient that’s never gone anywhere else. She has been a patient since 2002 back when it was a hole in the wall dentist at the old location that did great work for great prices. However lately it’s been HELL for her to even deal with them. The past 3 YEARS they have been very UNPROFESSIONAL, from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the owner at times. My mother had gotten a implant done 3 YEARS AGO and they still haven’t got the RIGHT SIZE CROWN after all this time! They would call her saying that the crown came in but every time she would go in to have it put on, it wouldn’t fit. So they would force it on which cause stress and anxiety for her and In reality the crown that they kept trying out for many different appointments was most likely the same one as before bc it looked exactly like the one that they should have sent back to the lab but probably never did. They would constantly blame the lab instead of taking ownership and making sure it got resolved in a timely manner. Also they kept saying they are waiting for the new crown but it is taking to long because of COVID. Sorry but COVID should not be an excuse especially if she’s been having to wait patiently for many months in between appointments. And then they have the nerve to call a couple days before her appointment that she’s been waiting for months to try to change the time of the appointment after she’s been waiting for 3 FREAKING YEARS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!! After all the money our family spent over the years and all the people we have referred we NO longer recommended anybody going here.

Today was very good because when I left the smile was all worth it and I love how the people treat you. I was very happy thank God for that. I love how the doctor has such a great and wonderful way of talking to you to make you feel at ease I truly love having that kind of experience.

I had a horrible toothache and needed to be seen immediately. They squeezed me in the schedule somehow and performed a root canal. I was extremely nervous, as I have not had good experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Fleming was gentle, knowledgeable and quick! As long as I’m in Nashville, this will be my dental practice!

Would give zero stars if I could. Charged an arm and leg (1k) for a crown, THAT FELL OFF a few months later. Came back to have it fixed, the lady couldn’t even get it on right and it kept falling off ONTO the ground. Went to another dentist to find out IT’S NOT ON PROPERLY and food is getting trapped inside it. Came back today to ask about getting it fixed, they told me it would be 70 to get it checked out!!! 70 FOR SOMETHING THEY COULDNT GET RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. If you care about your dental health and your money, go somewhere else. They don’t care about you and just want your money. Surprised this place isn’t shut down yet. Completely awful. **also, a little suspicious that when I checked the Google rating for this place a few months back, this place only had a 1 star rating now it has a 4.6 and 395 reviews. Don’t trust it, guys**
