Tasty, but food is always cold, both store operators are cold too. Very unfriendly.
Nasi Dalca Rahim is a humble stall selling delicious nasi dalca with mutton curry, chicken curry, dalca, fried chicken, eggs and vegetables. For me, I must say that their mutton curry is one of the best in the area. Somehow their curry is less 'curry-flavored' than the normal nasi kandar and also less spicy which really suits my taste. Their teh tarik is nice but if you fancy an extra one, you could order teh tarik susu lembu from the opposite Tea Kadai. Currently, their operation hours changed to 10.00am to 5.00pm and will be closed earlier if the dishes are finished.

The food is delicious, not heavy for dinner. Great for hangover supper and dinner.
The dish is superb! It's delicious and hygiene with super affordable price, compared to others. At that time I was randomly buy food from this stall since I was starving, and surprisingly the taste was good and the price was cheap. Worth to try when in Penang.
Always serve cold rice and dishes too. Can't appreciate cold food eventhought they have delicious dishes
