You need to be very drunk to enjoy this place. Lazy stuff and it's dirty everywhere. A disgrace for the philippines.

The aircon and refrigerator in our room are old models. They look like appliances from the early 80s and has a lot rust stains on it. Also the huge mirror on the wall is so dirty. Very creepy & disgusting. I'M NOT ADVISING YOU TO SWIM ON THE BEACH! SO DIRTY BECAUSE OF THE RUSTFUL SHIP ON THE SHORE. Horrible experience.

Worst beach resort ever!!!!! Ruined our vacation and celebration!!! very bad customer service!!! Aircon is not functioning, we had to transfer rooms but still every room was so warm, they gave us electric fan to use but charged us with additional fee!!! Stupid service, stupid reasons, stupid owner who told us that we shouldn't let my 1-yr old son get used to a cold room!! She keeps nagging and defending her lousy resort. I wonder why this resort is still operating!

Worst customer service ever! We rented the whole third floor for Php 15k. It was very spacious but had only one aircon unit! Things turned sour when we saw the tiny pool and realized that tap water doesn't reach the third floor very well! You'd have to go downstairs where the faucets have decent flowing water. Almost all our requests were met by stupid fees, from grilling station to parking fees to cooking utensils. The worst happened during a crazy power outage from 6PM to 1AM! The staff didn't seem to be too concerned that the third floor became a big sauna bathhouse and that we were about to eat dinner. They gave us less than 5 pieces of candles to last for the entire 7-hour power outage; we had to buy our own candles! THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO APPEASE US! They did not even volunteer fetching us water from the nearby poso. VITUG BEACH RESORT doesn't even deserve a spot in Google Maps!
