My wife and I have been trying for nearly 2 months to schedule a simple consultation/estimate with Hall's glass. There have been multiple phone calls attempting to set up times just to be told \we're very backed up\ with promises that they would call back later to set something up and never follow through with their promises. I'm glad a local business is doing so well, but poor customer service cannot be excused.
