There was a financial issue while I was deployed overseas and due to said issue, my insurance was void due to no payment and a flag was put on my driver’s license by the dmv. Upon discovery, my mother called and was helped tremendously by Mr. Frank who called the dmv on our behalf to get directions on how to correct the problem. If it wasn’t for Mr. Frank as well as the other faculty, I wouldn’t have been able to drive upon my return home. The issue was resolved before my boots hit American soil and for that, I’m eternally grateful for both Mr. Frank and the Jim Pledger State Farm office.
