I am a therapist for an inpatient hospital and have tried to schedule outpatient appointments for patients upon discharge and every time the people who answer the phone are extremely rude and snappy. People working in a mental health setting especially should be more gentle and friendly. We are here trying to help people with mental illness get better. Learn some patients and communication skills please.
