That positive review is obviously fake. I have called and called and gotten nothing but delays and excuses. The receptionists are very rude and when I started to get frustrated that nobody in her firm would consider my time or matters seriously, they just got worse. Peoples lives aren't something for you to play with, you need to be a responsible business owner. I found another attorney and immediately fired this one. But they'll probably try to say "we don't see any record of you in our call logs".... Yea, because I had to contact you every time we were supposed to talk.
