They’re nice once you’re inside but it’s in a terrible area.

I have been living here for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Great tenants, great leasing staff, beautiful lofts, excellent up and coming area. Parking is difficult, but the 2 block walk isn't that bad after a while.

Pretty managers are not the best here and you'll need a lot of money to move in the area is questionable there's hardly any parking but there's a lot of walking distance shops and restaurants and local bars.
