I hired the company to do an inspection of my vapor barrier, Lee came to do The inspection. Very pleasant to work with, personable, knowledgeable . Then I spoke to Angie to set up an appointment to have the Vapor Barrier done. Again extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful. Lastly came the installation. Phillip and his crew ( two other young men), came on time as they said they would. All three of them pleasant friendly helpful knowledgeable. If we were using a larger star rating… I would give them a 10 plus star rating ( from the inspection, to making an appointment, to the exceptional young men who installed) If I had to use this company again… I certainly would. If anyone asked me for a recommendation… This would be the company that I would recommend 100%. The cost of our Vapor Barrier was extremely reasonable. However the people I dealt with within this company is the great exception. MORE companies should give this A1 service.

Andrew and Sam performed an attic insulation today. Both were very professional in attitude and dress. Nice young men. They explained the process before starting. They called to let me know they were on the way with an arrival time. My questions were well answered. The job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up all spillage. I still need to do some dusting but that is not a complaint. I climbed the ladder to look at the blown in cellulose and check the level. Well done. I am completely satisfied with the job and the price for it. I’m glad I called them for a quote. Three others bid on the job but did not match National Exterminaters.
