Signed up on their website. Placed my order and sent an email to Bryan expressing the urgency because my wife had told me to check the oil and I kept forgetting. Thanks to Bryan I was first delivery and she didn't kill me.

Just reading through a lot of negative reviews. I have been using this company to supply my fuel oil for a few years. I have always had prompt delivery when ordered - often less than 24 hours.
I've been ordering from National for about two years now and I have never experienced any issues. I order online and the next day they are here. I don't wait until I'm in dire need to order so I guess I'm never in a time crunch. I have never needed to speak to someone about getting oil sooner.
