Forced me into taking some other GP appointment leading me into trying to enforce their protocol when i clearly wanted something else. Booking appointments wont get you good reviews or good referrals please remember that. It was a waste of

I am genuinely surprised. Whilst I am a fan of looking beyond just traditional medicine, I was initially skeptical. From a business point of view, this place is exceptionally well put together, great facade, great systems, great customer service - even the pricing is pretty fair! From a practitioner perspective, I saw Dr Jonathan Upfal. I simply cannot speak highly enough of this guy! This guy literally wrote the book on drugs (I mean literally, look it up!) so knows exactly what works where, with astounding precision. But, he doesn't just throw drugs at it and walk away. After the initial diagnosis, his exact words were "Ok, lets talk about Why". What came next was a flood of information I could only have wished for that will probably irrevocably change my life forever! If ever you thought that 'holistic medicine' isn't for you, think again. This is not some 'woo' 'Chef Pete Evans' stuff. This is quite real, using all the tools that are available to us as humans to get the best health outcome possible. I strongly recommend you see Jonathan! (Or presumably whoever else they have there that you like the look of). This is not your standard medical practice.

Dr Christopher Corcos did the best mental health assessment I have ever had - and I sort two for a difference of opinion from two different types of ‘good’ psychiatrists. I didn’t realise it at the time. He was thorough, professional, honest yet kind, very experienced and accurate - can see things other psychiatrists probably miss. If you are looking for a thorough, accurate, professional non main-stream yet experienced psychiatrist, I highly recommend him having the experience myself now from 3 different types of psychiatrists over time - he is by far the one I would trust the advice of most...looking back in hindsight, or even use this advice as a 2nd opinion should you see another psychiatrist. It’s a pity there aren’t more ones (psychiatrists) with his approach/style out there.

After 6 years of battling with chronic health issues and having seen many practitioners I was so blessed to be referred to Dr Anjana last year. I have seen dramatic improvement in my health and feel as if I am finally enjoying life again after so many years of illness. Anjana is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and instantly made me feel at ease in the first appointment, listening to my concerns and explaining my symptoms and the likely causes. I highly recommend Dr Anjana for anyone with chronic health issues as her treatment has been life changing for me!

A review on Dr. Anjana at NIIM clinic - Unfortunately this Doctor comes with a lot of empty promises. I am beyond disappointed. I had high hopes but decent expectations for her being both a naturopath and a GP. I have easily spent over 5000 on her services. I reacted poorly to 2 treatments of hers and instead of insisting on finding the root cause not only did she blame me (the patient) for a possible allergic reaction followed by 2 weeks of sickness. She would have an enormous attitude towards me if the treatment option she chose to try didn't work on me. (I have Sibo, so gut issues). This Doctor is not interested in getting to any of your root causes. When treatment didn't work instead of digging deeper she tried to convince me that my issues are all in my head despite multiple concrete physical test results for my conditions. Completely unethical and lazy behaviour. Please don't waste your money here. Very convincing initially but also does not have the scope of knowledge for anything beyond the basics. She also has left me waiting at her practise for over 40 minutes multiple times and today was my last appointment with her and her comment to me was 'running late to your appointment?' I was 5 minutes late. Totally disgusting attitude and is in it for the money not the care. Receptionists, however has always been lovely and helpful. Feedback given to the practise manager however wasn't taken seriously in my opinion which again, is disappointing.

All contact I've had with the staff and doctors for my kids at NIIM has been hassle free and simply a pleasant experience. What a great place, with the best of both modern medicine and alternative natural therapies in one building. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr Anjana Arunachalam, she’s so switched on and on the ball - it makes my head spin :) Dr Trude Agustat was also an amazing Dr. Fantastic bedside manner and engaged with everything I was saying... Dr Bird on the other hand, I had a horrible experience with him a few years ago... I was left to deal with it on my own but he was super dismissive, lacked attention to detail and just didn’t a flying heck about me even in the most humane ways... It was upsetting - I’m not soft, but when dealing with health matters, you want someone who cares about you, right? Otherwise go work in a bank. But the second time I came and saw him for a follow up, he just scrambled though his notes and had no idea why I was there. The tests I sent through to Germany had not come back and he condescendingly asked if I had done them already... obviously I have, otherwise I wouldn’t be there. Anyway, there is much talk about Dr Bird’s behaviour being less than average and thought I would no longer be silenced about it. Happy to go into more detail about it but just avoid the guy.

It took most of our day to attend this appointment and it had been made weeks in advance - what a complete waste of our precious time. I have never attended a more useless medical appointment in my life, and to think NIIM advertises such rubbish and outlandish claims - its appalling. The glammed up medical profiles are not worth the paper they are written on, neither are the claims you make on your website, it's all rubbish. No medicals were ordered for my son today, not even a routine simple blood test to check diabetes, cholesterol etc. Not even the courtesy to check his blood pressure, which incidentally is high. The treatment we received was nothing short of negligent.
