A beautiful way to experience the Rocky Mountains on a long road trip. The stables staff were super friendly and our guide was very sweet and informative, and not to mention originally from New York (small world!). The views via horseback were stunning and I really enjoyed my time riding on Custard.

Perfect day, fantastic weather, incredible views. Our guide was great, and my horse (Tanner) was sweet and took it easy. Horseback riding in Rocky Mountain National Park was in my bucket list, and as a first-timer, I was nervous. That was gone within minutes once we got going; I had such a fantastic time. ️

The two hour ride was fantastic! This was definitely a highlight of our trip. My 8 and 5 year old loved the ride and we were very happy my 5yo could ride a horse (not a pony). Our guide Meg was knowledge and fun. A must do! The sites in RMNP are beautiful!

Amazing!!! We went on a 2 hour ride and it was wonderful! I have done several of these over the years and this was by far the best stables and horses I’ve ever seen. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The horses were very healthy and well taken care of, which I have not seen at other places prior. The views were awesome!!! Tons of photo ops.

The best horse back ride in Estes! Our wrangler Will was more than amazing. My special needs adult daughter was treated like a Princess and the focus and care she received so she could enjoy her ride fully was beyond measure and SPECTACULAR! Absolutely the best ride ever (sister location and ride at Cowpoke Stables was just as amazing but a different ride!). Great meadow and easy elevations. Spectacular views!

We ride wherever we vacation and this was by far the best horseback ride we have experienced..Josh was our trail guide and was entertaining and informative. He took care of each rider from novice to experienced. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna was awesome. The horses are well cared for and responsive and beautiful and well groomed beasts. I was so pleased with our first ride I returned the following day for another. If you plan a ride, This is the place. If you aren’t planning one, change your plans and book a ride. Kudos to the entire staff. We will definitely be back and we will be booking longer rides.

Had an amazing day! Friendly service and our guide Mary was great! She was Very friendly and able to engage in conversation about various informative things along trail! Would definitely recommend this place who wants to see things from different perspective and just plain fun way to enjoy nature. We got to see a coyote, elk and various other small creatures! So glad we went!

I just want to thank the staff for such a pleasant experience! My girlfriend was nervous about getting back on a horse after a previous fall in her past. Our guide Rose, was absolutely amazing! A short while after starting our 4 hour ride, she double checked the saddles for us and made sure everything was properly adjusted and comfortable. Rose was amazing at explaining some of the history, and sharing interesting facts! She explained everything from the start, and certain movements the horses will make around different terrain. She carried pleasant conversations during our ride and make it a remarkable way to start the day! Rose helped make my girlfriend more comfortable on her horse Last Call, and she had an amazing time, truly enjoyed herself and lost her fear! I also enjoyed riding Macho, even with all the gas he had :) Thank you for making it a memorable experience!
