Recently put an application in online and I actually heard back the next day. They answer the phones very quickly. Through my application process I have been working with Iris. Iris was SO helpful, and patient through my application process. She answered all of my questions so quickly. I can't wait to live here, looks like a great building. Thank you Iris for everything Update!! Staff is nice, I won’t take that back but.. They will “approve” you based on background/credit and take 2-3 weeks to place you in compliance. Where you will provide 6 pay stubs, 6 bank statements (from all accounts), your social, your ID, certifications of deposits, asset verifications, they will ask you PERSONAL questions about your relationship—has nothing to do with apartment, all to wait 2 weeks to be told you make either TOO MUCH or NOT ENOUGH. Very limited to who they rent too. Be prepared to be “strung” along for a rejection and 250 dollars. Not worth it!!!!! Read reviews that said this place wasn’t worth applying too—SAVE YOUR TIME. It is TOO GOOD to be true.

I cannot tell you anything about the retirement home or the residential properties other than I am intensely grateful for the preservation of the beautiful statues from the former girls school that are scattered across the property. The statues are wonderful.

This review is kind of late and relates strictly to my application process/ leasing agent. Last year I viewed a unit and decided to apply... while the leasing agent was very nice in person she was thoroughly unprofessional and unresponsive of all the times I called the office it was only answered 2 times it usually went to voicemail. It’s very strange to have only one agent for such a large complex... I can’t imagine what the ppl who actually lives there have to deal with The leasing agent rarely answered my emails even after I had submitted sensitive information as part of the application My guess is maybe she was just trying to get in certain ppl maybe friends or family cause I’ve never experienced such poor communication The facility is beautiful and fairytale like and the units are very unique but after my last experience of being as others strung on I probably would not live here

Although I wasn't able to lease due to being a full time student, I was treated professionally and very kindly by Iris, the community manager. She was very responsive on her emails, looked into my unique situation regarding my eligibility, and was informative but polite letting me know the outcome. I could only imagine that she carries this through with the community as well. 5/5 stars.

Eerie but a cool place to stroll around.
