Excellent place for philatelists and philately enthusiasts. Exhibits of large framed stamps adorn the walls with some history of Indian philately. Kids will also like this place. One room has everything interesting on stamps packed in. Souvenirs like mugs, tshirts, bottles are avl. Stamps are available for sale at the counter. However the variety of stamps is limited and most are available online. The adjacent museum is closed due to Covid but the Bureau is open.

It's an interesting place. A guide or some more information about the exhibits would be really useful for a philatelic layman. They have really good souvenirs and miniatures for sale.

A museum which comprises historical moments via post stamps. They have every stamp on display with date of publishing since Independence. To find one closest to one's birthday would be an interesting exercise. The overseas collection is extensive too. It is wonderful to see how different moments, living beings, places have been covered by this organization. On top of all one can get their personalised and valid stamps made for Rs300 per page of stamps, it can contain your own photograph too. A very neat and clean place with sufficient seats. I would like to suggest them to keep magnifying glasses for visitors as stamps are tiny and detailed and there are hundreds of them. Till then pls bring your own magnifying glasses. Entry is free. Bags are not allowed inside. No particular place to keep them but bags can be left at the entrance. A great place for all specially children.
