Great bunch of lads in branch fantastic service. But unfortunately on Tuesday the 4th of August 2020 I over heard a conversation on the telephone with one of the branch lads and one of their managers. There was F'in and blinding towards the branch staff Its not what me or the elderly gentleman in the shop at the time except to hear when purchasing goods

Disgusting customer service. Good arrived damaged and unusable no refund or return allowed as first contact was after 48hrs. Took a month to get back to me and did nothing
